How to choose my preferences?
Fados has two lists that may help you find a suitable choice to visit the best restaurant for you.
- The 1st list consists of family, romance, friends, occasion, work/study, or fados choice.
- The 2nd list consists of the restaurant’s environment such as cozy, open space, secluded, active, casual, or fados choice.
- Also, you can easily change these preferences any time you want to see new suggestions.
How to get a suggestion/offer?
When you open the app, click on “Where to eat?”, answer the two questions, choose a restaurant, then “Love this!”.
How to choose my location?
There are two ways to determine your location.
- Choose your location from the list above. This option will suggest restaurants suitable to your area besides your preferences.
- Use the GPS location icon on the right corner of the app. This option will suggest restaurants suitable to your area besides your preferences.
How to change language?
On the app main dashboard/ settings/language.
Why do I need to register?
When you register and set your personalization, Fados will have better information about your preferences and will be able to recommend the best restaurants for you.
What can I do when I need help?
On the app main dashboard/ settings/help & suggestions. Then use the link to fill out the form and submit it.
How to set up my personalization?
On the personalization page, you will be asked several questions about your preferences in restaurants. Answer based on a ranked selection where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest.
What is the filter?
The filter will limit the search options for the restaurants you want Fados to recommend for you. To use it, press on the filter icon, select two options, then save.
What are the three suggestions?
Fados provides suggestions based on your chosen preferences.
What is the coupon?
A discount or product you would receive if you met the restaurant offers terms & conditions.
How to use the coupon?
Show the coupon ticket that is displayed on Fados app to the restaurant’s cashier to receive the offer.
